Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of alcohol service experience in a bar setting
- completion of Responsible Vendor training course and certification exam with a passing score
- must be at least 19 years of age
- working knowledge of state/local liquor laws
- excellent guest service skills
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- bilingual Spanish a plus

Job Duties
- Understand and adhere to all company policies/procedures and state/federal liquor laws/regulations
- ensure all bar staff comply with policies and laws
- understand all items sold at the bar and provide knowledgeable answers to guest questions
- make recommendations and upsell bar items
- monitor excessive alcohol consumption of guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- ensure safety and maintenance of the bar environment
