Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to legally work in the United States
- have reliable transportation and arrive on time
- works as scheduled by store manager with flexible availability
- continuously stand and walk for up to 8-hour shifts
- frequently lift and stack 35 to 50 pounds of food and supplies
- occasionally carry items up to 75 pounds
- occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pound trash bags
- occasionally climb footstool or ladder
- frequently push or pull equipment and supplies
- frequently stoop or squat
- continuously reach overhead, forward, and underneath shelving and equipment
- continuously handle various food items and paperwork
- continuously use fingers to prepare food and unload boxes
- continuously communicate with guests, management, and team members
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service skills in all interactions
- pan sufficient chicken for operational needs and prepare batter mix
- set up the batter cart, fryers, and chicken holding cabinet and collect all necessary small wares
- prepare and cook all food products as dictated by the business needs and directions of the manager and use fryers at 340-360 degrees F
- ensure all food product meets specifications, procedures and quality standards including strict observance of holding times and temperatures
- return batter and chicken to cooler when finished cooking
- code dates and rotate products using first in, first out (FIFO) method
- maintain sufficient shortening levels
- filter and clean fryers at designated times following safety guidelines
- maintain a clean work area practicing clean-as-you-go
- ensure floors remain free of obstacles, debris, and are dry
- verify all necessary products and supplies are stocked at batter area
- maintain organization and cleanliness of the cooler
- ensure dish sink is set up to wash, rinse, and sanitize
- perform other tasks assigned by store manager
