Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- food safety training or willingness to complete training
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to perform basic math
- previous food service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
- provide excellent service by taking orders, answering questions, and delivering food in a timely and courteous manner
- prepare and assemble food orders according to Champs Chicken's standards
- ensure all food items are cooked and presented correctly and safely
- keep work areas clean and organized according to health and safety standards
- work alongside fellow Crew Members and Shift Leaders to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- operate the point-of-sale system and ensure accuracy with cash and card transactions
