Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of related experience in the golf industry
- Familiarity with golf scoring systems preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to transport moderately heavy tournament equipment and supplies
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Ability to work overtime including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work up to 15 hours a day during events

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Two years related experience in the golf industry
- Familiarity with golf scoring systems, Golf Genius preferred
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Skills in managing multiple priorities in a multi-functional environment
- Skills in graphic software applications and database management
- Ability to logically structure processes and procedures
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Sites, Forms, Drive)
- Ability to understand golf terminology
- Knowledge of golf tournaments and web-based software a plus
Job Duties
- Conduct administrative duties for assigned championships by answering member championship phone line, compiling championship registrations, maintaining championship websites, collating and packing informational mailings, packing/unpacking trunks
- Assume administrative and on-site responsibility for assigned championships, including updating player entry and on-site registration information packets, processing championship entries and tickets, operating championship software (Golf Genius), monitoring tournament gifting and on-site deliveries
- Revise, organize, and collate rules information and player entries, mailings, and registration info
- Assist in championship operations such as managing scoring, calculating scorecards, and posting official notices
- Submit accounting forms, refunds, withdrawals, purchase orders, and prize money breakdowns
- Organize equipment and on-site tournament offices
- Support and update tournament and brand websites
- Interact with event sponsor representatives before, during, and after each championship
- Support on-site college coaches or other VIPs
- Relay information regarding championship to members, PGA sections, and event sponsors
- Assist championship operations during build and/or breakdown after the event
- Review and update championship assignments and checklists
- Maintain file system for championships
- Assist with pre/post championship shipping of materials
