Job Requirements

  • Valid work authorization for the U.S.
  • ability to work part-time including early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends
  • outgoing personality and can-do attitude
  • high level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
  • background in luxury resort and hotel considered an asset

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining service
  • strong knowledge of food and wine pairings
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • outgoing personality with a customer-focused approach
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Job Duties

  • Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness
  • anticipate guest needs and satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards
  • expertly serve beverages and communicate menu options
  • maintain a clean and welcoming bar environment
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
  • uphold Four Seasons service standards
