Job Requirements
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
- ability to work part-time including early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends
- outgoing personality and can-do attitude
- high level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
- background in luxury resort and hotel considered an asset

- prior experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining service
- strong knowledge of food and wine pairings
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Job Duties
- Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness
- anticipate guest needs and satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards
- expertly serve beverages and communicate menu options
- maintain a clean and welcoming bar environment
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
- uphold Four Seasons service standards
