Job Requirements
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with parking equipment preferred
- Experience with billing software preferred
- Ability to work part-time
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle administrative procedures including employee relations and damage claims
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands-on team player and manager
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to make sound decisions and utilize good judgment
- Experience with parking equipment such as ZEAG, Designa, Amano McGann preferred
- Experience with billing software such as Paris and Geneva preferred
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Job Duties
- Monitor maintenance of the facility to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company policies
- Check parking gate equipment and pay on foot stations for proper functionality
- Prepare morning bank deposit by counting daily cashier receipts and ensuring all revenues are deposited
- Monitor office audits of daily cashier reports for timely and accurate sales reporting
- Review and manage damage claims to take responsibility for damages
- Oversee employee performance to ensure efficient and effective task completion
- Ensure adherence to parking, security, cash control, and customer service procedures
- Assist at different locations if required
- Handle employee relations including complaints and disciplinary actions
