Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent required
- 1 year of previous experience as a valet attendant is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Must be able to pass a background screening
- Valid driver’s license required

Job Duties
- Arrive promptly to assist customers with their vehicles
- Inspect every vehicle for damage and according to TSA requirements
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with uniform policy
- Drive vehicles safely and cautiously
- Maintain confidentiality related to client information
- Provide friendly and courteous customer service using polite language
- Assist with unloading luggage carefully
- Ensure proper processing of vehicle transactions including inspections and communication
- Follow location-specific valet parking procedures
- Account for all vehicles and keys at end of shift
- Maintain cleanliness around valet stand and parking areas
- Open doors for drivers and passengers when possible
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned
