Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • One year of previous experience as a valet attendant preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Must be able to pass a background screening
  • Valid driver’s license required

Job Duties

  • Arrive promptly to assist customers with their vehicles
  • Inspect vehicles before processing to check for damage and ensure TSA compliance
  • Maintain a professional appearance adhering to the uniform policy
  • Drive safely and cautiously while operating customer vehicles
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding client information
  • Provide friendly and courteous customer service using polite expressions
  • Assist with unloading luggage carefully to avoid damage
  • Ensure full transaction processing and vehicle key management before customers depart
  • Follow location-specific valet parking procedures
  • Account for all vehicles and keys at the end of each shift
  • Maintain cleanliness of valet stands and parking areas
  • Open doors for drivers and passengers when possible
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly
  • Perform other duties as assigned
