Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- One year of previous experience as a valet attendant preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Must be able to pass a background screening
- Valid driver’s license required

Job Duties
- Arrive promptly to assist customers with their vehicles
- Inspect vehicles before processing to check for damage and ensure TSA compliance
- Maintain a professional appearance adhering to the uniform policy
- Drive safely and cautiously while operating customer vehicles
- Maintain confidentiality regarding client information
- Provide friendly and courteous customer service using polite expressions
- Assist with unloading luggage carefully to avoid damage
- Ensure full transaction processing and vehicle key management before customers depart
- Follow location-specific valet parking procedures
- Account for all vehicles and keys at the end of each shift
- Maintain cleanliness of valet stands and parking areas
- Open doors for drivers and passengers when possible
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Perform other duties as assigned
