Job Requirements
- Be able to work any shift of the week
- Lift up to fifty pounds
- Must have a clean driving record
- One year of previous experience is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to pass a background screening
- Valid driver’s license or CDL rated license as required

Job Duties
- Inspect the assigned shuttle at the beginning of each shift according to the shuttle checklist
- Follow the assigned route and make stops at appropriate locations
- Operate wheelchair lift when needed
- Follow all radio usage procedures
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with their baggage
- Operate shuttle in compliance with all applicable traffic laws
- Refrain from engaging in demeaning or confrontational conversations with passengers
- Limit interactions with customers off airport premises to common courtesies
- Maintain a professional appearance and abide by the uniform policy
- Drive with care, operating the vehicle safely and cautiously
- Perform other duties as assigned
