- Accurately accounting for every ticket processed and every vehicle exiting through their lane
- Accurately completing the daily cashier shift report
- Maintaining courteous and professional customer service
- Assisting customers with all questions and concerns
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- Ensuring proper traffic flow through the exit booth
- Communicating with customers in a friendly and inviting manner
