- experience in administrative work involving analysis or evaluation
- proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

- ability to handle multiple priorities
- effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or equivalent training and administrative work experience
- experience involving study, analysis, or evaluation leading to development or improvement of policies or programs
- working knowledge and experience in event and conference coordination preferred
- intermediate proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications
- knowledge of Google Suite, PeopleSoft, 25Live, Social Tables, Trello, and Caterease preferred
Job Duties
- prepare agreements and contracts
- maintain account relationships
- oversee development, evaluation, and coordination of event setups
- input data into campus scheduling and catering software
- recommend product and service enhancements
- adhere to internal communication methods
- follow customer service standards and coordinate product and service deliveries
