Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience
  • experience in administrative work involving analysis or evaluation
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • ability to use independent judgment
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to handle multiple priorities
  • effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent training and administrative work experience
  • experience involving study, analysis, or evaluation leading to development or improvement of policies or programs
  • working knowledge and experience in event and conference coordination preferred
  • intermediate proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications
  • knowledge of Google Suite, PeopleSoft, 25Live, Social Tables, Trello, and Caterease preferred

Job Duties

  • prepare agreements and contracts
  • maintain account relationships
  • oversee development, evaluation, and coordination of event setups
  • input data into campus scheduling and catering software
  • recommend product and service enhancements
  • adhere to internal communication methods
  • follow customer service standards and coordinate product and service deliveries
