Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and administrative experience
- experience with event and conference coordination preferred
- intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office
- knowledge of Google Suite, PeopleSoft, 25Live, Social Tables, Trello, and Caterease preferred
- ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- strong organizational and communication skills
- commitment to customer service
- ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and administrative work experience
- experience in event and conference coordination preferred
- intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- knowledge of Google Suite, PeopleSoft, and web-based scheduling packages such as 25Live, Social Tables, Trello, and Caterease preferred
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Initiate, coordinate, and execute administrative and analytical tasks in support of Conference and Event Services accounts
- prepare agreements and contracts related to event planning
- maintain account relationships and client communications
- oversee development, evaluation, and coordination of event setups
- input data into campus scheduling, catering, and project management software
- recommend product and service enhancements for event coordination
- adhere to internal communication protocols and customer service standards
- coordinate product and service deliveries to support events
- perform research and prepare budgetary and financial reports
- provide general office assistance as needed in support of the department
- handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
