Job Requirements

  • valid healthcare license RN, LPN, PT, OTR-L, DPM or similar preferred but could be certified in the first year of hire
  • exemplary customer service skills
  • business savvy, sales-minded
  • self-starter and able to work independently
  • hard-working and motivated
  • organized and detail-oriented
  • must live in designated area and willing to travel daily

Job Qualifications

  • valid healthcare license such as RN, LPN, PT, OTR-L, DPM or similar
  • customer service skills
  • knowledge of Medicare documentation and reimbursement guidelines
  • ability to educate facility staff
  • proficiency in product ordering systems
  • experience in wound care preferred
  • strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • working with long-term care facilities in a designated territory to assist with wound assessments and treatment decisions
  • monitoring proper application and utilization of wound care products
  • understanding Medicare documentation and reimbursement guidelines
  • educating facility staff on documentation that meets federal and state requirements
  • ordering wound care products through internal system FastCare for residents
  • supporting facilities wound care programs by assisting with tracking, documentation, and understanding of wound care products coverage guidelines
