Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to work standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during shifts
- willingness to adhere to company policies and standards
- ability to provide great hospitality and maintain a friendly attitude
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- at least 2 years of baking experience strongly preferred
- prior customer service experience strongly preferred
- ability to train and mentor others
- excellent product knowledge
- strong interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- bake fresh bagels and other bakery items daily
- train and mentor new bakers to ensure high standards
- provide exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery
- manage inventory and ensure product quality
- support team efforts to create a welcoming store environment
- assist with other bakery duties as assigned
