- high school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum two years baking experience preferred
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to train and mentor others
- must be able to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing
- availability to work during store hours ending at 2pm

Job Duties
- Bake bagels and other bakery items to company standards
- train new bakers in proper baking techniques and procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- provide excellent customer service and enhance guest experience
- monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- mentor team members and promote a positive work environment
