Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 2 years baking experience strongly preferred
- Customer service experience strongly preferred
- Ability to train and mentor others
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts

- Train and mentor new bakers to ensure their success
- Bake bagels and other products to company standards
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge to guests and team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall store operations
- Uphold safety and quality protocols in all baking activities
