Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
- plan shift activities and monitor team performance
- ensure compliance with McDonald’s quality, service, cleanliness standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- communicate effectively with incoming shift manager for smooth shift transitions
- manage food safety, inventory, scheduling, training and daily maintenance
