Job Requirements

- Must be able to pass ServSafe certification
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead shifts and ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Provide leadership and direction to crew and other managers
- Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
- Monitor food safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- Plan shifts and monitor team performance
- Communicate shift details and prepare incoming managers
- Manage inventory, maintenance, and scheduling
- Train and coach crew members
