Job Duties
- Lead shifts and manage crew and other managers
- Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- Plan shifts and communicate with subsequent shift managers
- Conduct inventory management and oversee daily maintenance
- Manage scheduling and training of staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety protocols
