This job posting is for a Shift Manager position at a McDonald’s restaurant located at 615 W Main St, Lake Butler, FL, 32054. This restaurant is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, which is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products to run the restaurant but manages all employment matters including hiring, firing, scheduling, discipline, and staffing independently. Consequently, if hired, you will be employed by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment decisions pertaining to this location.
