Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
- Plan for each shift and monitor performance
- Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth shift transitions
- Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, maintenance, crew scheduling, and training
