Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • able to work between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m.
  • availability to participate in training programs
  • prior experience in restaurant supervision preferred
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties

  • support the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • fill important team member roles on the hourly schedule
  • provide direction and assistance to team members
  • ensure seafood is prepared perfectly and served hot and fast
  • satisfy guests and run a great business
  • maintain work-life balance by managing schedules effectively
  • participate in formal training programs
