- must be at least 21 years of age
- ability to manage and support team members effectively
- availability to work part-time hours within 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. operating window
- willingness to complete formal training program
- capability to handle fast-paced restaurant environment
- excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- support the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- fill important team member roles on the hourly schedule
- provide direction and assistance to team members
- ensure seafood is prepared perfectly and served hot and fast
- satisfy guests and uphold service quality
- work within operating hours between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m.
- participate in formal training programs
