Job Duties
- Support the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Fill important team member roles on the hourly schedule
- Provide direction and assistance to team members to ensure quality and efficiency
- Ensure world-class seafood is prepared perfectly and served hot and fast
- Satisfy guests and contribute to running a successful business
- Participate in and complete formal training programs
