Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team

Job Duties

  • Support the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Fill important team member roles on the hourly schedule
  • Provide direction and assistance to team members to maintain high service standards
  • Ensure world-class seafood is prepared perfectly and served promptly
  • Maintain guest satisfaction through excellent service
  • Help enforce restaurant policies and procedures
  • Assist with training new team members
