Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- support the management team to ensure restaurant operations run smoothly
- fill important team member roles on the hourly schedule
- provide direction and assistance to team members to ensure seafood is prepared and served properly
- ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards
- help manage daily restaurant tasks and resolve operational issues
- train and mentor team members as needed
- uphold company policies and safety standards
