Job Requirements

must be at least 21 years of age
high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in food service preferred
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
strong leadership skills
excellent communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

bachelor's degree preferred but not required
must be at least 21 years of age
ability to lead and motivate a team
strong communication and interpersonal skills
experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
proven ability to manage operations and solve problems
commitment to excellent customer service

Job Duties

support the management team to ensure restaurant operations run smoothly
fill important team member roles on the hourly schedule
provide direction and assistance to team members to ensure seafood is prepared and served properly
ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards
help manage daily restaurant tasks and resolve operational issues
train and mentor team members as needed
uphold company policies and safety standards
