Job Requirements

  • CNA license certification prior to hiring
  • Current CPR and fingerprint clearance card
  • Minimum six months CNA/LNA experience preferred
  • Recent Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility or Transitional Rehab experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedule
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
  • Ability to follow supervision and direction from registered nurse

Job Qualifications

  • CNA license certification prior to hiring
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current fingerprint clearance card
  • Minimum of six months CNA/LNA experience preferred
  • Recent experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility, or Transitional Rehab preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to follow care plans accurately and work collaboratively with nursing staff

Job Duties

  • Assist guests/patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Check each guest/patient routinely to ensure that personal care needs are met in accordance with their wishes and care plan
  • Review care plans daily to determine if changes have been made to the patient's daily care routine
  • Perform assigned personal care functions under the direction of an RN
  • Provide compassionate and attentive support to enhance patient comfort and well-being
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to report changes in patient condition
  • Maintain patient dignity and privacy throughout all care activities
