Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work within the United States
- Reliable transportation to work is required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to provide compassionate care
- Completion of Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse process
Job Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Experience in senior caregiving roles preferred
- Ability to provide compassionate, respectful care
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and self-directed
- Alzheimer's/Dementia care experience a plus
Job Duties
- Offer both companionship and non-medical support to seniors in their own homes
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers
- Provide medication reminders
- Complete light housekeeping duties and meal preparation duties
- Perform grocery shopping and provide client with transportation to errands and doctor appointments
