Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18+ years of age
- must be legally authorized to work within the United States
- reliable transportation to work is required
- valid driver's license preferred
- self-directed with the ability to work independently
- background check clearance required
Job Qualifications
- Certified nursing assistant (CNA) or home health aide (HHA) certification
- compassionate and patient demeanor
- experience with elderly care preferred
- ability to work independently
- good communication skills
- knowledge of Alzheimer's and dementia care a plus
Job Duties
- Offer both companionship and non-medical support to seniors in their own homes
- assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers
- provide medication reminders
- complete light housekeeping duties and meal preparation duties
- perform grocery shopping and provide client with transportation to errands and doctor's appointments
