Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to work
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated
- Successful completion of Level 2 background screening as required by Florida law
- Willingness to adhere to all client care protocols and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Prior experience in senior caregiving preferred
- Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic personal care and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and self-direct
- Familiarity with Alzheimer’s/Dementia care is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide companionship and non-medical support to seniors in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers
- Provide medication reminders
- Complete light housekeeping and meal preparation duties
- Perform grocery shopping
- Provide transportation to errands and doctor appointments
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients and management
