Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work within the United States
- Reliable transportation to work is required
- Ability to work independently
- Completion of Level 2 background screening as required by Florida law
- Comply with Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse process
Job Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Experience working with seniors or in-home care
- Ability to work independently and self-direct
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Alzheimer’s and dementia care a plus
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Job Duties
- Provide companionship and non-medical support to seniors in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers
- Administer medication reminders
- Complete light housekeeping and meal preparation duties
- Perform grocery shopping and provide transportation to errands and doctor's appointments
- Maintain client dignity and respect through compassionate care
- Communicate effectively with clients and family members
