Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care experience
- Florida Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide certificate
- CPR certification or proof of scheduled renewal
- Ability to provide compassionate personal care
- Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations
- Authorization for comprehensive background check
- Ability to work flexible schedules and shifts
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide personal hygiene assistance including showering, bathing, dressing, and eating
- Help clients take prescribed medication and assist with ambulation
- Assist with mobility inside and outside the home, including doctor visits and walks
- Support personal care, meal preparation, and physical therapy exercises
- Complete shopping errands or accompany clients to shopping
- Perform housekeeping duties and report unusual incidents
- Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies
- Offer essential daily living activities including meal service
