Job Requirements

  • unencumbered state of iowa cna certificate or certificate of completion from an accredited iowa cna training course with passed written and skills exams
  • prior cna experience preferred but not required
  • ability to meet physical demands of the job
  • willingness to work flexible shifts

  • pass background and health screenings

Job Duties

  • perform activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming meal assistance and mobility support
  • observe and report changes in residents health conditions promptly
  • ensure a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
  • maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care
  • participate in ongoing education and training programs
  • collaborate with nursing staff to deliver personalized resident care
  • provide emotional support and companionship to residents
