Job Requirements
- unencumbered state of iowa cna certificate or certificate of completion from an accredited iowa cna training course with passed written and skills exams
- prior cna experience preferred but not required
- ability to meet physical demands of the job

- pass background and health screenings

Job Duties
- perform activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming meal assistance and mobility support
- observe and report changes in residents health conditions promptly
- ensure a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
- maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care
- participate in ongoing education and training programs
- collaborate with nursing staff to deliver personalized resident care
- provide emotional support and companionship to residents
