Job Requirements

  • valid CNA certificate from State of Illinois
  • completion of accredited CNA training course
  • ability to work pm or night shifts
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • commitment to patient-centered care
  • ability to perform physical tasks required in nursing
  • willingness to participate in ongoing training and education

Job Qualifications

  • unencumbered State of Illinois certified nursing assistant certificate or completion certificate from a State of Illinois accredited CNA training course
  • prior CNA experience preferred
  • ability to follow care plans and protocols
  • strong communication skills
  • attention to detail

Job Duties

  • assist residents with activities of daily living
  • monitor and observe changes in residents’ conditions
  • maintain a safe and clean environment
