Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a caregiver in a licensed community or facility
- C.N.A. license in states where required
- Current Medication Technician or Aide Certification in states where required
- Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- Intermediate computer and mobile device skills
- Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude
- Consistent and reliable attendance

Job Duties
- Administer medications and provide personal care following physician's orders and community guidelines
- Maintain accurate medical records and report any reactions or medication refusals to the licensed nurse
- Take resident vital signs and observe any responses or side effects
- Attend shift meetings and update nursing staff on resident conditions
- Work collaboratively with a team to ensure the highest quality care and services resulting in overall customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all resident rights, state, and federal regulations including infection control, fire safety, and hazardous materials guidelines
