Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • completion of a Medical Assistant training program
  • certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent credential
  • reliable transportation for travel between assigned practice locations
  • ability to work full time
  • strong organizational and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • completion of a Medical Assistant training program
  • certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent credential
  • previous experience in dermatology or aesthetics strongly preferred
  • proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • bilingual preferred
  • strong interest in skin health, cosmetic treatments, and patient education

Job Duties

  • Greet and prepare patients for dermatology exams and cosmetic procedures
  • take vital signs, review medical histories, and update patient charts in the EHR system
  • assist providers with procedures such as skin checks, biopsies, cryotherapy, suture removal, and aesthetic services including chemical peels, laser treatments, injectables
  • perform phlebotomy and specimen collection following sterilization and safety protocols
  • maintain exam rooms and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for patient care
  • support front desk operations as needed, including answering phones and scheduling appointments
  • travel between assigned practice locations as needed to provide coverage
  • deliver a concierge-level patient experience from start to finish
