- Liability insurance or willing to obtain
- Experience leading group fitness classes
- Passion for fitness and senior wellness
- Ability to work weekday evenings and Saturday mornings preferred

Job Duties
- Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun Zumba or Barre workouts
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants
- Use our simple digital tools to clock in and track attendance
- Represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity
- Build your brand as a trusted fitness leader in your community
