Job Requirements
- CPR and AED certification
- experience leading group fitness classes
- ability to work weekday evenings and Saturday mornings
- insured or willing to obtain liability insurance
- passion for fitness and motivating others
Job Qualifications
- Certified group fitness instructor or yoga instructor
- CPR and AED certified
- experience leading group fitness classes such as Zumba or Barre
- fitness certification or relevant degree preferred
- insured or willing to obtain liability insurance
Job Duties
- Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun Zumba or Barre workouts
- arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants
- use digital tools to clock in and track attendance
- represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity
- build your brand as a trusted fitness leader in your community
