Job Requirements
- CPR and AED certification required
- liability insurance required or candidate must be willing to obtain it
- experience in leading group fitness classes
- availability for weekday evening classes from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM (Tuesdays preferred)
- availability for Saturday morning classes from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- passionate about fitness and motivating others
Job Qualifications
- CPR and AED certified
- fitness certification or relevant degree (preferred)
- experienced in leading group fitness classes
- passionate fitness professional who loves motivating others
- insured or willing to obtain liability insurance
Job Duties
- Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun workouts
- arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants
- use our simple digital tools to clock in and track attendance
- represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity
- build your brand as a trusted fitness leader in your community
