Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • a minimum of 10 years experience
  • professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
  • strong communication and listening skills
  • ability to handle multiple assignments
  • good leadership and organizational skills
  • an attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Job Qualifications

  • professional engineer (pe) license in tx
  • experience working with austin bergstrom and/or san antonio international airports
  • experience coordinating with the faa southwest regional office personnel
  • previous work experience on airfield designs requiring part 139 operating certifications
  • understands project scheduling and critical path method
  • experience with design proposal development
  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Job Duties

  • work cooperatively with other area and national leaders and marketing staff on local marketing and production efforts and in developing and implementing a strategic plan for delivery and growth
  • partner with area market sector lead and airfield design business class lead to determine skills that are needed on the team
  • assist in the selection, training, development, and management of technical personnel
  • serve as a key partner to senior project managers and senior engineers
  • provide client management to select clients
  • support transportation and aviation market sectors in identifying and recruiting key hires
  • support overall airfield design business class and practice groups in development and implementation of best practices
  • perform other duties as needed
