Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- a minimum of 10 years experience
- professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
- strong communication and listening skills
- ability to handle multiple assignments
- good leadership and organizational skills
- an attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Job Qualifications
- professional engineer (pe) license in tx
- experience working with austin bergstrom and/or san antonio international airports
- experience coordinating with the faa southwest regional office personnel
- previous work experience on airfield designs requiring part 139 operating certifications
- understands project scheduling and critical path method
- experience with design proposal development

Job Duties
- work cooperatively with other area and national leaders and marketing staff on local marketing and production efforts and in developing and implementing a strategic plan for delivery and growth
- partner with area market sector lead and airfield design business class lead to determine skills that are needed on the team
- assist in the selection, training, development, and management of technical personnel
- serve as a key partner to senior project managers and senior engineers
- provide client management to select clients
- support transportation and aviation market sectors in identifying and recruiting key hires
- support overall airfield design business class and practice groups in development and implementation of best practices
- perform other duties as needed
