Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 10 years experience
- Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments
- Good leadership and organizational skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of employee-owned culture is a must
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas preferred
- Experience working with Austin Bergstrom and/or San Antonio International Airports preferred
- Experience coordinating with FAA Southwest Regional Office personnel preferred
- Previous work experience on airfield designs requiring Part 139 operating certifications preferred
- Knowledge of project scheduling and critical path method preferred
- Experience with design proposal development preferred
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Good leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments
- Commitment to being an active participant of employee-owned culture
Job Duties
- Work cooperatively with Area and National leaders and marketing staff on local marketing and production efforts and in developing and implementing a strategic plan for delivery and growth
- Partner with Area Market Sector Lead and Airfield Design Business Class Lead to determine skills needed on the team
- Assist in the selection, training, development, and management of technical personnel
- Serve as a key partner to Senior Project Managers and Senior Engineers
- Provide client management to select clients
- Support Transportation and Aviation Market Sectors in identifying and recruiting key hires
- Support overall Airfield Design Business Class and Practice Groups in development and implementation of best practices
- Perform other duties as needed
