Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Remove dirty dishes and trash from tables and transport them to the dish station
- Clean and reset tables, chairs, floors, and surrounding areas quickly and thoroughly
- Pre-bus tables by removing unused items between courses
- Reset tables with clean plates, silverware, and fresh condiments
- Communicate with the host/hostess when tables are clean and ready to be sat
- Assist ESPs (servers) with guest needs, refills, and table maintenance
- Support the dining room during high-volume periods and help resolve bottlenecks
- Back up other Front of House positions as needed to ensure smooth service
