Job Duties
- create a guest-first atmosphere with friendly, professional service
- accurately and efficiently ring in guest orders
- prepare cocktails, beer, and wine according to Spinato's recipes and specifications
- stock and maintain bar inventory including beer, wine, liquor, glassware, ice, and supplies
- monitor and control bar inventory
- slice and juice fruit as needed for service
- maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area
- communicate effectively with team members across all departments
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
- comply with all local and state alcohol laws
- adhere to all Spinato's policies and procedures regarding alcohol service
