- Completed company orientation
- Knowledge of basics of safety
- Possession of produce certification
- Completion of alcohol seller's training
- Checker training completed
- Ability to identify produce
- Basic mathematical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to lift moderately heavy loads
- Ability to bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull
- Ability to maintain high productivity and efficiency standards
- Ability to stand for a maximum of 3 hours
