Job Requirements
- Strong supervisory and management skills in production and sales
- Knowledge of non-perishable departments including grocery, dairy, frozen foods, healthy living, bulk foods, and gift baskets
- Experience with perishable departments such as produce, meat market, seafood market, and floral
- Experience with food service departments including kitchen, cafe, prepared foods, cooking school, bakery, deli, and cheese
- Long-term strategic and financial planning skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Proficiency with automated reporting systems preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Analytical skills
- Organizational and planning skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and delegate

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One to two years related experience or training
- Proficiency with automated reporting systems including inventory, food cost, scheduling, time and attendance, and labor management preferred

Job Duties
- Use independent judgment in making employment-related and business decisions
- Manage multiple departments including merchandising, product mix, product costs, and partner supervision
- Direct, coordinate, and evaluate department operations
- Ensure compliance with product freshness, safety, refrigeration, and sanitation standards
- Supervise daily management of non-perishable, perishable, and food service departments
- Maintain vendor relations and communicate expectations clearly
- Conduct employment interviews, performance appraisals, and provide partner feedback
- Train and develop partners
- Provide superlative customer service
