Job Qualifications
- Proven bakery production experience
- experience managing teams of at least 10 bakers
- experience training new bakers to proficiency
- knowledge of pastry components including buttercream, cooked creams, pate a choux, sponge and cheesecakes
- knowledge of European style baking with preferments
- experience with deck ovens, rack ovens, bread dividers and mixers
- ability to troubleshoot recipe and product issues
- graduation from baking or pastry school preferred
- tortilla production experience preferred
- leadership skills for managing bakery production partners
Job Duties
- Using independent judgment for employment and business decisions

- managing vendor relationships
