Job Requirements
- Washington State Food and Beverage Worker’s Permit
- Criminal Justice Fingerprint Clearance upon hire
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 5:45 AM to 12:15 PM
- Availability to work 6 hours daily including a 30-minute unpaid meal period
- Physical ability to perform kitchen duties
- Willingness to follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to lead and supervise a small team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of inventory management
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols
Job Duties
- Lead and assist food service helpers in daily kitchen operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Prepare and distribute meals efficiently
- Support inventory management and supply replenishment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Train new staff members on procedures and safety protocols
