Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably baking or similar environments
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control systems
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better® Food and Service
  • A willingness to learn about and taste great food
  • A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values: be honest, safe, helpful, and hard-working
  • 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Lead, mentor and develop the team to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols (HACCP, GMP, FSMA) and maintain audit readiness at all times
  • Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and delivery timelines to meet demand
  • Collaborate with Food Safety, Logistics, and Retail teams to successfully meet goals and objectives
  • Actively work production alongside the team to support performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned
