Job Requirements
- Current professional license or certification relevant to the position
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent for assistant positions
- Experience in mental health or behavioral health settings preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy
- Flexibility to work full-time hours including varied shifts
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to pass background checks and meet employment eligibility criteria
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related mental health field for nurses

Job Duties
- Providing patient care and support in a psychiatric setting
